Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times (United States) Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Order Tracking Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, contact us at info@paurushskin.com and we'll investigate.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at info@paurushskin.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address Changes Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
